Madison Hopkins, the face of and inspiration for M.D. Minerals, hosted the launch party that was filled with glamorous faces and informative capsule demonstrations. Dr. Hopkins warmly greeted each guest as they enjoyed sushi, tenderloin sliders prepared by Deanie Baker and yummy monogrammed MD petifors.

The MD Minerals collection has been incorporated into the Hopkins Dermatology philosophy of “Be Healthy Be Beautiful”. A relaxed flow provided quick, easy and comprehensive advice during the entire evening.

Transforming a day face into an evening look was a featured must-have concept of the party and for an added glow, everyone was graced with a touch of shimmer on their lips, eyes and cheeks. A spritz of thermal spring water was a finishing touch for the luminous M.D. Minerals looks.

Guests met with stylists Cathi French and Lori French and makeup artist Kate Breedlove to learn application techniques. Mary Kate Monsour, Dr. Hopkins’ physician assistant, demonstrated the VISIA skin analysis system and educated guests on the importance of daily sunscreen use to prevent skin cancer and premature aging of the skin. Several pharmaceutical representatives were on site to update guests on the latest treatment options available at Hopkins Dermatology for acne, rosacea, and sun damage.

Before departing, refreshed and cover-girl ready from their M.D. Minerals make-overs, all the guests where treated to a mini-fashion photo shoot by Steven Palowski to capture the moment!
